Leads Chubb Life Vietnam’s technology strategy, engineering organization, platform delivery, IT operations, cybersecurity, resilience, and transformation agenda. The CTO defines architecture and roadmaps, modernizes critical systems, develops engineering leadership, and drives Agile, DevOps, automation, observability, CI/CD, testing, and AI adoption. The role partners with regional and global stakeholders while balancing innovation, customer experience, operational stability, regulatory compliance, security, and business value.

Lead the Financial Crime Compliance function, designing and executing AML/CTF, sanctions, ABC, fraud and market conduct frameworks. Oversee risk assessments, CDD/KYC, monitoring/screening, investigations, regulatory reporting, stakeholder advisory, training, systems enhancements, and build a high-performing FCC team.

Lead client planning and stewardship processes, coordinate cross-functional internal teams, connect clients with senior leadership, execute business and marketing plans, maintain account rosters, and prepare client-specific profit and loss statements. The role requires strong insurance industry expertise, strategic planning, communication, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and relationship-management skills.

Owns end-to-end solution architecture for market initiatives across application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure layers. Designs APIs, event-driven integrations, cloud and containerized deployment patterns, and non-functional requirements. Leads architecture governance, design reviews, modernization roadmaps, and implementation oversight through deployment. Partners with business, IT, engineering, operations, and vendors; documents architectural decisions, manages risks and trade-offs, enforces standards, and mentors engineers.

Develops business opportunities through partner networks, recruits and activates distribution partners, manages sales pipelines and targets, and drives new and renewal business. Builds relationships with partners and underwriters, conducts market and competitor analysis, supports product and service development, coordinates campaigns and events, and provides partner training and development. Maintains sales reviews, encourages cross-selling and upselling, and manages partner incentives to grow a profitable insurance portfolio.
