About the role

This Executive Assistant role provides high-level administrative and day-to-day support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office and support for senior leaders.

You’ll play a key role in keeping priorities on track, managing confidential information with discretion, and ensuring deadlines, meetings and commitments are well coordinated. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong judgement, professionalism and the ability to work autonomously while building trusted relationships across the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide proactive executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and daily scheduling
  • Manage emails, correspondence, reports and presentations with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Keep leaders on track by monitoring deadlines, preparing documentation and ensuring key tasks are actioned in a timely way
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, business functions, conferences and stakeholder engagements
  • Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, escalating matters appropriately and exercising sound judgement when required
  • Support expense processing, leave administration and other general office duties
  • Maintain organised filing systems and ensure information is kept up to date and accessible
Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 5–10 years’ experience supporting senior management or executive leaders
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work autonomously, use initiative and manage competing priorities with discretion
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence liaising with senior executives and working under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A proactive, flexible and professional approach
