Contribute mechanical engineering expertise to the Elastimold medium-voltage switchgear R&D team: develop designs and production drawings in Creo, perform structural analysis and simulations, support component sourcing and documentation, meet project targets (quality, schedule, cost), and apply fabrication knowledge (sheet metal, welding) to deliver manufacturable solutions.

Designs and engineers electrical equipment and power delivery systems, including MCCs, VFDs, control panels, and AC/DC starters. Supports startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, proposals, customer coordination, technical reporting, material ordering, and project cost control.
