Oversee switchgear R&D projects from concept through implementation. Design, analyze, and optimize electrical switchgear systems, including circuit breakers, contactors, and switches, using simulation and 3D CAD tools. Apply ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, UL, and IEC standards while developing reliable, safe products. Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, and quality teams, manage stage-gate projects, prepare technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Develop and maintain 12–18-month demand plans, weekly forecasts, consumption models, and inventory planning parameters. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Projects, customers, and other stakeholders to support S&OP, improve forecast accuracy, manage SKU segmentation and rationalization, incorporate product lifecycle changes, and analyze forecast variances. Drive continuous improvement in demand planning and inventory optimization using SAP and Anaplan.

Sell ABB Critical Power products, systems, and services across Argentina and neighboring markets. Develop new opportunities, achieve sales and profitability targets, communicate commercial terms, support collections and project activities, and deliver tailored technical solutions to industrial customers. The role requires strong Critical Power expertise, customer-facing technical sales experience, advanced English communication skills, and frequent travel of approximately 60% within Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
