Develop and retain a residential client base in an assigned territory by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts; generate leads, assess client needs, present solutions, attend industry events, collaborate with internal teams, and consistently meet sales goals.

Assist in the escrow process for commercial transactions, provide customer support, prepare closing documents, and communicate with clients.

Develop and grow a sales territory by building relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys. Prospect, generate pipeline, execute territory business plans, use CRM tools, deliver presentations and workshops, attend industry events, partner with marketing, and maintain client relationships to drive new business and retention.

Lead HR Operations to drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and AI-enabled self-service. Manage HR operations team, optimize processes, ensure data integrity and compliance, implement SLAs and governance, and lead change management to shift services from transactional support to strategic, analytics-driven HR service delivery.

Support sales through technical expertise across pre- and post-sales: consult on solutions, deliver presentations, manage trials and SOWs, collaborate with product and operations, assist RFPs/RFIs, and drive revenue through strategic account engagement and implementation planning.

Provide advanced administrative support for residential escrow transactions: prepare and review closing documents, manage escrow files and workflow, monitor transaction progress, communicate with customers and partners, assist Escrow Officers, and guide less experienced team members to ensure timely, accurate residential closings.

Manage and close land acquisition and commercial real estate escrow transactions. Serve as neutral liaison among buyer, seller, and lender; prepare and file legal and closing documents; account for and disburse funds; produce status and closing reports; work with Underwriting to monitor risk and ensure regulatory compliance while providing outstanding customer service.

Provide legal underwriting support and authorization for commercial real estate title insurance commitments and policies; apply underwriting standards, guide settlement services, issue underwriting guidelines, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage risk and provide solutions.

Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams to define requirements, design and implement system solutions, document processes, develop customizations, conduct testing and training, and resolve system issues to ensure alignment of applications with business processes.
