Serve as a customer-facing pre-sales security and compliance architect for defense and national security customers. Sell Salesforce Marketing solutions to state and local government accounts. Generate pipeline, own full sales cycle, collaborate with account teams, demonstrate product expertise, meet quotas, drive customer satisfaction and retention, and travel as needed.

Lead quality engineering for Salesforce AI-powered Sales Agent and Forecasting products. Design scalable AI-first testing frameworks and automation suites, validate LLM integrations, prompts, agentic workflows, and deterministic behaviors, and perform white-box testing. Implement human-in-the-loop model evaluations for relevance, safety, and contextual accuracy. Collaborate with developers, product managers, data scientists, and AI/ML engineers throughout the agile CI/CD lifecycle while addressing code quality gaps and test flakiness.

Supports enterprise marketing operations through campaign workflow tracking, audience management, QA, performance dashboards, reporting, data hygiene, segmentation, and troubleshooting. Manages Salesforce CRM, Asana, and Tableau; maintains governance metrics and planning materials; documents processes; and partners with campaign, marketing technology, and analytics teams. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and comfort working with data in a hybrid environment.

Leads product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Total Rewards within Salesforce Employee Success. Designs AI-native and agentic employee experiences, drives transformational implementations, partners with engineering, design, data science, HR policy, and enterprise stakeholders, and influences outcomes through thought leadership and informal mentorship. The role requires deep Total Rewards expertise, product management experience, AI/ML fluency, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, matrixed environments.

Design and deliver scalable, cloud-native Automation and MuleSoft services. Translate product requirements into engineering plans, build and tune robust APIs in multi-tenant environments, collaborate across teams, and apply distributed systems and Agile practices.
