Lead and grow a data engineering team, define and execute a data products and analytics roadmap, drive data-as-a-product practices, implement governance and lineage, collaborate on ML and automation systems, and present data strategy to executives to deliver business-impacting analytics.

Manage client relationships post-sale, onboarding through renewal; create success plans, provide strategic ABM and digital advertising guidance, coordinate campaign operations, report performance, and identify expansion opportunities while advocating for clients internally.

Manage and improve GTM reporting and dashboards (Excel, Looker Studio), ensure data quality with Snowflake and Data teams, run ad hoc Salesforce analyses, prepare forecasting and leadership data extracts, document metrics and processes, and automate recurring reports to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

Support daily accounting and month/year-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and GAAP-compliant transaction processing. Prepare monthly financial analyses, budgeting/forecasting support, assist audits, analyze financial data for trends/discrepancies, participate in cross-functional initiatives, and help implement accounting process improvements.

Design, build, and maintain production data pipelines and models using Python and SQL. Improve data architectures (Kafka, warehouses, ODS), optimize SQL performance, perform data cleaning and analysis, select data sources, and collaborate with partners to support cloud-based analytics (Snowflake, AWS SageMaker) and workflow tools like Airflow.

Lead cross-functional backend projects, provide technical leadership to product teams, deliver performant and maintainable features, build third-party data integrations, implement automated and manual testing, create reusable libraries and frameworks, and mentor team members to improve engineering practices.

Lead and develop a high-performing BDR/new-business sales team in India; drive prospecting and conversion using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and Madison Logic data; own team goals, pipeline, forecasting and Salesforce data quality; coach multi-channel prospecting, discovery and closing; collaborate with global teams and engage senior marketing stakeholders while working US hours.

Manage month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations and financial statement preparation; oversee payables, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, tax filings, audits, fixed assets, accruals, and software capitalization; review junior accountants' work and support cross‑functional accounting projects.
