Showcase, adapt, and customize Geotab solutions for partners and end-users in Thailand. Conduct technical discovery, requirements gathering, demonstrations, and presentations; assess business challenges and propose viable solutions. Collaborate with sales, product, customer care, and development teams to support revenue growth, partner enablement, customer satisfaction, and retention. Maintain solution documentation, provide product feedback, and manage multiple priorities while traveling up to 20%.

Drive direct and indirect revenue growth across SMB accounts by managing assigned sales opportunities, conducting high-volume outbound outreach, developing sales strategies, and generating monthly recurring revenue. Document activities and forecasts in Salesloft and Salesforce, qualify opportunities, collaborate with Revenue Operations and sales teams, analyze market trends and competition, build telematics expertise, and contribute to strategic revenue planning.

Leads the MyGeotab core workflows domain, owning product strategy, engineering standards, reliability, modernization, roadmap, and customer outcomes. Oversees rules, notifications, messaging, settings, groups, and investigation workflows while enabling dependent product domains. Manages a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers; develops people, allocates resources, coordinates dependencies, establishes metrics and SLOs, and presents investment cases to board leadership.

Leads the MyGeotab core workflows domain, owning product vision, roadmap, engineering standards, reliability, scalability, and customer outcomes. Oversees messaging, notifications, rules, groups, investigations, and shared platform capabilities. Manages a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers; drives modernization, AI adoption, security, compliance, stakeholder alignment, resource planning, and board-level investment decisions.

Own the product roadmap and portfolio prioritization for vehicle data and telematics products supporting regional revenue growth. Lead customer discovery, product strategy, solution validation, reporting frameworks, feedback loops, and cross-functional execution from discovery through launch. Partner with UX, engineering, data science, project management, customers, and senior leadership while mentoring product managers and driving data-informed decisions using product KPIs and user engagement metrics.
