Conduct semiconductor process integration research involving device physics, materials, transistor structures, process flows, experiments, and characterization. The role requires troubleshooting, data analysis, communication, autonomy, and collaboration with integration teams and vendors.

Installs, qualifies, and troubleshoots equipment hardware, software, handlers, PLCs, GUIs, and integrated platforms for new products. Provides manufacturing technical support, training, root-cause analysis, recovery actions, and data-driven risk mitigation. Leads escalated issue resolution, task forces, continuous improvement initiatives, and projects improving tool performance, stability, and reliability while coordinating across technical organizations.

Designs and supports EDA methodologies, custom design infrastructure, automation frameworks, and verification flows for semiconductor testchip development. Develops SKILL, Python, and scripting-based solutions for layout generation, library management, data migration, and design-flow optimization. Enables CAD environments, version control, and database infrastructure while collaborating with engineering teams on full-chip integration, DRC/LVS verification, tape-in readiness, and silicon characterization.

Design, verify, and support hardware design tools, flows, and methodologies for new technology nodes. Develop EDA automation tools, platforms, databases, scripts, and testing environments, while integrating hardware designs for end-to-end tool validation. Optimize design efficiency, power, and performance across digital design, verification, layout, timing, and full-chip integration. Collaborate with EDA vendors on next-generation tools and methodologies.

Installs, qualifies, and troubleshoots equipment hardware, software, handlers, PLCs, GUIs, and integrated software stacks for new products. Supports software deployment, manufacturing technician training, escalated issue resolution, root-cause analysis, FMEA, CAPA, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Leads technical task forces to improve tool performance, stability, and reliability while coordinating across engineering and manufacturing organizations.

Own and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment to improve safety, quality, productivity, yield, reliability, and cost. Analyze production data, conduct experiments, investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and support new technology qualification and factory ramp activities. Collaborate with manufacturing, process and equipment engineering, quality, suppliers, and global stakeholders while developing documentation, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Designs and develops analog and mixed-signal circuit IPs in advanced process nodes. Responsibilities include circuit design, floorplanning, simulation, behavioral modeling, parameter extraction, test planning, verification, and optimization for power, performance, area, timing, leakage, and yield. Collaborates with architecture and layout teams to resolve design issues and improve circuit robustness.
