Job Description: Lab Module Engineer responsible for equipment hardware/software installation and qualification for new products, delivering flawless pre-mature A0 stepping power-on while collaborating closely with STTD and PDE. Serve as the interface between technical organizations to continuously improve software, equipment features, and engineering processes. Responsibilities include software deployment proliferation, qualification of new software versions, installation, qualification, and bug troubleshooting for platforms and handlers. Support qualification activities involving handler GUI, PLC, and software stack integration. Strong knowledge of Aguila/skyline, including common troubleshooting methods and AIC integration within MB/AC PAN architecture, is an advantage. Consistently provide technical troubleshooting support, training, coaching, response flow checklists, and best-known methods to the manufacturing technician team. Manage escalated technical issues from the manufacturing team by analyzing and identifying root causes, defining recovery actions using FMEA, structured problem-solving, and CAPA methodologies, and proactively performing data analysis to mitigate sustaining excursion risks. Able to lead task forces and drive continuous improvements in tool and module performance, stability, and reliability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic / Electrical, Computer / Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • Basic coding, database experience, and analysis knowledge in Excel, JMP, Power Platform, SQL, C++, Python, Power-BI etc.
  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience required.
  • Soft Skills / Behavioral Traits: Demonstrated discipline, attentiveness to detail and self-independent.
  • Capable to timely manage multiple assignments and meet the deliverable timeline.
  • Well communication skills, teamwork and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated Program Management skills to plan out the project flawlessly, timely.
