Own and improve corporate IT for a growing company, including macOS endpoints, MDM, SaaS administration, IAM, onboarding and offboarding, endpoint security, office technology, vendors, licensing, troubleshooting, automation, and IT service processes. Own and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure supporting a financial and hospitality technology platform. Design highly available systems, deployment pipelines, observability, security controls, and infrastructure migrations. Lead incident response, reliability planning, capacity management, and root-cause analysis while participating in on-call rotations. Partner with application engineers, establish infrastructure standards, and mentor platform engineers as the organization scales.

Sell inKind services to restaurants in the Chicago market: source, qualify, and close new partners to meet quotas; maintain pipeline; collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and internal teams; manage relationships; and track deals in Salesforce.

Manage post-sales relationships with restaurant partners to ensure retention, run business reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, liaise with internal teams to resolve issues, track communications in Salesforce, and advise partners using industry and competitor insights.

Drive new restaurant partner acquisition through full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, closing, and onboarding. Maintain pipeline activity, collaborate with marketing and onboarding, build relationships, and track deals in Salesforce to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
