The Role

Job Title: Senior Growth Marketer

Austin, TX, In Office

Own retention for the millions of diners who use inKind

Food is at the center of culture, hospitality, and daily life across the planet. At inKind, we're building a new way to help restaurants thrive, built by restaurateurs for restaurateurs. We power the relationship between millions of diners and over 10,000 restaurants.

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketer at inKind who can own user engagement and lifecycle development You'll combine consumer marketing instincts with strong data and technology fluency to decide what we say, to whom, through which channels, and when, to drive results.

Our team has a builder-first mindset, leveraging Braze and Snowflake to turn rich user data into personalized, lifecycle-driven marketing. You will own the engagement and lifecycle strategy across in-app, communications, and 3PD platforms. You will build a marketing program where automated agents are deeply integrated into operations. You'll work daily with designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members.

What You'll Work On

Big picture, your job is simple - increase user LTV. How you’ll do it:

Engagement Strategy

  • Own the engagement and lifecycle roadmap, from hypothesis and segmentation to creative and execution to results and measurement to iteration and optimization to continual audit and enhancement over time
  • Define lifecycle stages (active, lapsing, high-value, dormant) using behavioral data and turn them into programs that improve engagement and user value
  • Write creative briefs and project plans that our automation and creative teammates can build from

Experimentation and Analytics

  • Build your own cohorts and segments, and read your own dashboards without waiting on an analyst
  • Design and ship experiments end to end (hypothesis, segment, creative, measurement, iteration and optimization), then productionalize what works
  • Develop process and tools to track experiments more effectively across campaigns and channels

Agent-Driven Marketing

  • Create the playbooks, infrastructure, prompts, and documentation that agents use to run campaigns safely
  • Set the guardrails (rules, approval steps, and monitoring) for campaigns that agents run
  • Use AI tools in your own daily workflow and help the team do the same

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2C marketing experience, ideally for a consumer app
  • Experience running lifecycle marketing across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated experience designing and shipping experiments end to end
  • Comfort analyzing large datasets
  • Can build cohorts and segments from raw data, analyze results independently, and explain them to non-analysts
  • Hands-on use of AI tools in your workflow, and the ability to tell us which ones and how

Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup experience
  • Experience with a CEP such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io (the thinking matters more than the tool)
  • Experience running paid retargeting to reactivate lapsed diners.
  • Background in consumer marketplaces, rewards, restaurants, or hospitality
  • SQL familiarity or experience working with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
  • Experience working alongside engineers on automated or data-driven marketing systems

Some of Our Benefits

  • Exciting opportunities at the forefront of restaurant technology
  • Generous PTO and company holiday policy + company-paid Short Term Disability
  • 100% employer-covered health and dental insurance; higher-tier and dependent coverage options available
  • Vision plan available at employee cost
  • Child care benefits and generous parental leave
  • Dog-friendly Austin office with great views of downtown
  • Daily lunches and snacks for in-office team members

Salary

$130,000 - $180,000 DOE
