Lead the product roadmap for Zero Gap Renters Insurance, turning early customer learning into scalable features. Partner with engineering, design, insurance, compliance, operations, and GTM teams to improve adoption, compliance, retention, operational efficiency, and profitability while defining metrics and driving data-informed decisions.

Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting. The role permits telecommuting and requires fluency in Mandarin, a master’s degree in enterprise risk management or finance, and graduate coursework in insurance and operational risk management.

Lead and coach the Strategic Accounts team to acquire and grow enterprise clients, manage P&L and revenue targets, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasts, partner cross-functionally on product and GTM, and use data to improve client usage and uncover new revenue.

The AI Solutions Architect designs and implements AI-enabled solutions across operations, collaborating with various teams to translate business needs into production-ready systems.

Drive commercial initiatives to improve sales effectiveness: identify growth opportunities, develop strategies and business cases, partner with AEs and cross-functional teams, execute initiatives end-to-end, analyze performance, and measure impact to inform commercial decisions.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across departments and levels, design sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers on hiring profiles and interview plans, advise on interviewing and offer strategy, and collaborate on onboarding.
