As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll identify system needs, gather requirements, collaborate with teams, mentor juniors, and manage projects to optimize business systems.

Support sales operations across APJ by managing contract proposals, tender submissions, and budget processes. Perform data and margin analysis, pricing recommendations, and list price exercises. Coordinate with global and country commercial teams, maintain accuracy, and optimize processes to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Lead testing efforts for software projects including generative AI and clinical-trial technology. Design and execute test cases, perform API and integration testing, validate data with SQL, ensure test coverage and documentation, collaborate with stakeholders, and use Agile and defect-management tools.

Lead migration and standardization of Record-to-Report processes into shared services, drive AI/digital automation adoption, coordinate global teams, manage risks and deliverables, and support process-improvement projects and reporting.

Perform accounting operations including month-end close, account reconciliations, and journal entries. Ensure tax compliance (VAT, DIOT, ISN, IMSS, SAR INFONAVIT), support financial reporting, use ERP and reporting tools, drive process improvements, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.

Support commercial excellence and sales operations by administering sales incentive/compensation processes, resolving disputes, managing Salesforce, performing quota validation, building dashboards and analyses, and collaborating with HR/Finance and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Provide FP&A analytics and reporting to support commercial teams: prepare performance reports, gap and deep-dive analyses, budgeting/AOP, system query and report development, and present business performance to stakeholders to drive sales effectiveness and planning.

Serve as ANZ Commercial Organisations strategic finance business partner, leading FP&A cycles, delivering variance analysis, scenario modelling and commercial insights. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, advanced financial models integrating ERP/Hyperion/CRM data, and drive reporting automation to inform leadership decisions.

Support Record-to-Report operations by preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling general ledger and balance sheet accounts, supporting period-end close, preparing variance analysis and financial reports, ensuring SOX compliance, assisting audits, collaborating with finance teams, and participating in process improvements.

Develop, configure, and maintain Adobe Workfront Fusion automations and integrations across marketing technologies. Build REST API connections, webhooks, JSON data mappings; troubleshoot failures; document workflows; partner with Creative and Marketing Operations to improve automation scalability and data quality.
