How you will make an impact:
You will support commercial excellence and drive data-driven decision-making across sales operations.
As a business analyst you will:
Administer end-to-end sales incentive and bonus compensation processes, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payout.
Investigate and resolve sales compensation inquiries and disputes promptly.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations (if any) regarding sales compensation.
Maintain compensation plan documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Maintain sales compensation system data and support system configuration changes.
Contribute to the enhancement and continuous improvement of sales compensation systems by working with cross-functional project teams to support testing and implement process improvements.
Support the year-end sales compensation planning cycle by performing quota validation, data verification, and territory alignment to ensure sales targets are accurately assigned and aligned with approved compensation plans and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Collaborate with HR and Finance on monthly sales incentive accruals.
Maintain and enhance existing sales compensation dashboards while developing new dashboards to support business reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Perform impact analysis to support business and management decisions.
Analyze the business impact of scenarios and recommend appropriate proposals for management decision-making
Administer Salesforce by managing user accounts, profiles, role hierarchy and territory management to ensure appropriate system access.
Provide timely Salesforce administrative support by troubleshooting system-related issues to maintain business continuity.
Support Salesforce year-end sales planning activities, including system configuration, validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.
Perform adhoc assignments and projects as assigned to support business and operational needs.
REQUIREMENTS
How you will get here:
Data driven approach with degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related majors.
3+ years proved records in Commercial Excellence, business analytics & insights or related fields.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with ability to synthesize complex data and problem solving
Adept at working with cross functions and collaborators to define needs, leverage resources, implement solution plans and drive execution.
Strong project management capabilities from initiation to execution and attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools
SQL, Power BI and Python skill will be a plus.
Life Science, Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Skills Required
