Design electrical/electronic control systems, enclosures and wiring harnesses for semiconductor wafer processing equipment. Create analogue, digital and RF circuits, AC/DC power distribution, safety circuits to EN13849/EN60204, technical reports, engineering drawings, build and test guides, and troubleshoot faults.

Serve as a strategic HR partner for KLA Services US teams, translating business priorities into people strategies. Lead HR programs (performance, engagement, compensation cycles), workforce planning, organizational design, change management, employee relations, HR analytics, and partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.

Lead systems design and product development for mask inspection equipment. Manage high-priority escalations, assess risks, drive projects on critical paths, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Design and develop FPGA firmware for high-performance mixed-signal inspection systems. Define firmware requirements, implement designs from concept to production, create test benches and timing-closure flows, verify functionality with simulation and lab equipment, debug systems with hardware and software teams, and produce technical documentation for manufacturing and service.

Support semiconductor customers in lithography and metrology using MACH Analytics: design and implement product applications, lead characterization, testing and NPIs, produce test reports and BKMs, resolve hardware/software issues, run demos and training, and support sales and field teams. Domestic and international travel ~25%.

Develop and demonstrate plasma etch processes on wafer-processing tools, process customer wafers, evaluate results with metrology (e.g., SEM), troubleshoot, document findings and reports, support field deployments, contribute to product and hardware testing, and provide technical customer support.
