Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
KLA's Engineering group is looking for an Engineer specializing in system computing for multidisciplinary industrial machines.
The role includes engineering and technological responsibility for machine computers throughout the product lifecycle: hardware configuration definition, production and integration support, troubleshooting, working with suppliers and manufacturers, technical documentation, change management, EOL/Obsolescence handling, and leading improvement and standardization processes.
This position combines hands-on technical work, system engineering, production-line support, and cross-functional work with R&D, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Service, and suppliers in Israel and abroad.
Minimum Qualifications
Engineering background or equivalent relevant hands-on experience.
Hands-on experience with computer hardware and a solid understanding of key hardware components, including CPUs, RAM, storage devices, GPUs, network interface cards, power supplies, and BIOS/UEFI.
Experience supporting system integration and manufacturing activities, including hardware assembly, system setup, testing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and system-level issues in a production or lab environment.
High level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively, create and maintain technical documentation, and work in a global environment.
