Design, analyze, and troubleshoot precision electromechanical and optomechanical assemblies for semiconductor equipment. Create CAD models, perform tolerance and GD&T analysis, set up experiments, analyze data for root cause, and support production with vibration, thermal, and stiffness considerations. Collaborate across teams and travel up to 25%.

Provide technical applications support for KLA products at customer fabs: troubleshoot, lead escalations, run experiments to characterize tool performance, develop recipes/models, and train customer engineers while coordinating with engineering, sales, and field service.

Lead and scale a production planning team to develop and execute short- and long-term production plans. Drive S&OP/IBP integration, planning process standardization, KPI tracking, capacity and risk modeling, ERP/advanced planning execution, NPI planning, and cross-functional mitigation of supply and capacity constraints to meet business objectives.

Support field metrology issue resolution, coordinate factory-to-field technology transfer, develop training and collateral, work with R&D on product definition, risk assessment, modeling, and process characterization, and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Install, align, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair complex semiconductor capital equipment (SWIFT preferred). Ensure new tool performance, achieve cycle times and warranty starts, represent KLA to customers, and support domestic and international installations with extensive travel.
