Develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware and tools for precision motion control and semiconductor equipment. Support hardware bring-up, diagnostics, system integration, performance tuning, and cross-discipline troubleshooting across software, electronics, sensors, FPGA, imaging, and mechanical subsystems.

Travel to customer sites and cleanroom work required; produce Best Known Methods (BKM) and technical documentation.

Lead a 6–8 engineer team developing machine-control software for semiconductor inspection products. Provide technical leadership, drive root-cause analysis, adopt Agentic AI, own schedules and feature outcomes, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality product releases.

Provide on-site and remote technical support for semiconductor manufacturing equipment: perform installations, preventive maintenance, close service calls, manage spare parts, escalate issues, participate in audits and product releases, mentor junior engineers, prepare documentation, and support sales demonstrations to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Lead global talent acquisition, development, and organization design strategies. Build high-performing recruiting functions, promote inclusive hiring, design L&D and culture-integration programs, analyze HR metrics, manage budgets, and deliver cross-functional HR projects to support business objectives.

Develop object-oriented software for semiconductor metrology and inspection equipment on Windows/Linux. Participate across product lifecycle: requirements, design, development, deployment, support. Collaborate with global teams, troubleshoot, and provide occasional domestic/international technical support and training.

Provide field installation and Tier-2 application support for PVD/PECVD tools, perform process startup and warranty/service escalation, document test results and BKMs, and transfer knowledge to Field Applications teams. Must communicate effectively and work analytically and organizationally to support installs and service cases.
