Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Practice Orbotech core value behavior; customer focused and competitive mindset (ownership, proactive, take one step in advance).
- Carry out professional on-site or remote support activities and close service calls effectively and efficiently in accordance with Orbotech procedures and standards (timely CSRs, parts return, DOA program etc.)
- Carry out quality installation, Preventive Maintenance (PM) according to schedule.
- Timely escalation of issues and problems according to Orbotech standards and guidelines.
- Manage and handle spare parts (truck account) effectively and efficiently according to Orbotech standards and guidelines.
- Participate in site audit exercise.
- Participate and manage the new product release process as required.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to junior CS engineers so that they practice the Orbotech required behaviors and learn the required technical and soft skills.
- Participate to improve customer satisfaction and achieve competition mindset by finding out and communicating to managements the needs and requirements of customers and competitor activities.
- Initiate, identify and participate in internal processes re-engineering projects to achieve cost reduction and efficiently improvement (eg. MTTR, MTBF, spare parts usage, etc.).
- Prepare quality documentation as required by the company standard and guideline.
- Participate in the sales support demonstration and presentation as required.
- Share products knowledge and gained experience with customers and other employees through knowledge sharing sessions, customer training sessions, etc.
- Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
- Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, product lines and departments.
