Design, develop, release, and support embedded firmware and Windows desktop software for measurement instruments. Implement real-time microcontroller firmware, desktop GUIs and data analysis (C#, .NET, C/C++), collaborate with hardware engineers on board bring-up and debugging, build tests and profiling, participate in design reviews, troubleshoot systems, and adopt new technologies including AI/ML where applicable.

Entry-level spares demand planner supporting assigned product areas: review demand and inventory data, monitor fill rates and service levels, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate with regional planning, product support, procurement and supply teams, and learn spares planning processes and systems to ensure parts availability.

Provides technical applications support for ECI products, including customer presentations, product training, application evaluations, product specifications, project execution, troubleshooting, and technical issue escalation. Directs product marketing strategy for semiconductor inspection and metrology products, including market requirements, pricing, positioning, lifecycle management, competitive research, customer needs analysis, business planning, and sales-channel support. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, sales, field support, and customers to define new products and improve existing offerings. The role also includes personnel management and analysis of market, customer, competitive, and environmental data.
