Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The InSIGHT / ICOS division has the mission to provide cost-effective solutions for wafer and component level inspection and metrology. We effectively partner with field support teams and customers to lower overall fab costs by supplying world-leading high-throughput inspection, metrology and review systems. Our comprehensive product portfolio includes: advanced optical profilers, die sorters, and component inspectors.
Besides developing valuable products, the InSIGHT / ICOS division provides support to the customers to achieve performance entitlement through the sharing and implementation of applications BKM (Best Known Methods).
- Direct the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
- Monitor the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace.
- Reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.
- Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.
- Establish pricing strategies. Interact with engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
- Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Employees matched to this job family should have responsibility for managing people in addition to product responsibility.
- Works on issues of diverse scope where requires some level of analysis.
- Collects data on a variety of factors, including market trends, customer information, competition and environmental information, in order to support or provide input on the company strategies or policies.

Minimum Qualifications
MS/MBA/PhD Preferred
3 - 5 years working experience in Semiconductor/Semiconductor Capital Equipment industry in Applications. Or working Fab experience in engineering roles, scientific instrumentation

Skills Required
- 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor or semiconductor capital equipment industry, preferably in applications, or fab engineering experience or scientific instrumentation experience
