Drive multi-tier supply chain visibility and resolution for critical sub-tier suppliers. Track demand vs. supply, lead debottlenecking and escalation, coordinate cross-functional recovery plans, support ramp readiness, and build dashboards and playbooks to improve supplier resilience and response times.

Provide on-site customer service for complex semiconductor capital equipment: troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and update software, electronics, optics and mechanical systems; coordinate with customers to minimize downtime and support installations and field engineers.

Provide advanced technical support for KLA semiconductor equipment: diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues, assist field engineers, collaborate with specialists, document findings, produce service reports and training, support installations/upgrades, and travel worldwide for on-site escalations.

Manage multi-tier/sub-tier supplier visibility and capacity, identify and resolve supply bottlenecks, own supplier escalations, coordinate cross-functional supply strategy, support ramp and demand surges, and produce dashboards and reports to improve supply assurance and resilience.

Manage and coordinate regional installations of semiconductor capital equipment: schedule installation engineers, oversee shipments and warranty starts, drive escalations, ensure installation quality and timeliness, validate tool performance with customers and channel partners, and develop KPIs to track installation progress.

Develop user interfaces and business logic for real-time, high-speed optical inspection systems using computer vision and deep learning. Design, implement, test, and deploy software; debug multi-process systems on Windows and Linux; collaborate with interdisciplinary and geographically distributed teams to define requirements, architect solutions, and support next-generation product development.

Provide on-site customer support for complex semiconductor/PCB capital equipment: troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, install, qualify, upgrade and retrofit systems; train customers; coordinate to minimize downtime; prepare quotes and administrative documentation; participate in continuous improvement projects.

Provide high-level applications support for KLA FaST metrology products: lead product introductions, characterize tools, develop recipes, support and escalate field issues, train customers, produce BKMs, run demos/H2H tests, and publish technical results.

Provide high-level applications support for KLA FaST metrology products: lead NPI (characterization, alpha/beta/pilot support), coordinate escalations and troubleshooting, run experiments and develop measurement recipes, train customers and Field Applications teams, produce BKMs and training materials, manage demos and head-to-head trials, and publish technical results. Role requires extensive customer interaction and international travel.
