Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The Configuration Analyst is responsible for managing product configurations and ensuring sales order accuracy throughout the product lifecycle.
This role serves as a critical link between Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, translating customer requirements into accurate, manufacturable configurations. The Configuration Analyst maintains configuration data, supports product releases and engineering changes, validates sales orders and quotations, and drives configuration integrity within enterprise systems. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex product structures while supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Knowledge of product configuration management, BOM structures, engineering change processes (ECO), and manufacturing operations - advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global stakeholders.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry is an advantage.
Familiarity with configuration management tools, SAP Variant Configuration (VC), and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems is preferred
