Acts as the software concern resolution subject matter expert and primary contact for Ford’s CIDR team. Supports software concern triage, solution validation, release timelines, engineering reviews, and status tracking. Architectures secure, scalable edge-to-cloud platforms connecting industrial devices, real-time signals, factory systems, and applications. Oversees APIs, SDKs, distributed systems, observability, deployment, SRE practices, and global platform rollouts. Builds engineering talent, establishes technical standards, and partners across manufacturing, controls, diagnostics, data, and product teams to deliver reusable software-defined manufacturing platforms.

Lead Ford's strategic integration of AI across the Global Product Development System to optimize workflows, accelerate development, and enable digital-first engineering. Drive immediate AI pilots (LLM coding assistants, virtual program management), architect data systems and digital twins, scale predictive simulation, and champion cultural adoption. Oversee global, cross-functional transformation from tactical optimizations to an aspirational compressed, digitally driven development cycle.

Leads Ford Racing’s annual content strategy, brand storytelling, and paid and owned channel execution across on-road and off-road racing, Mustang, and Raptor products. Manages up to eight direct reports, creative agency relationships, budgets, media collaboration, international content deployment, and branded entertainment partnerships. The role requires strong campaign development, production, organizational, and leadership skills, with frequent travel for filming, production, races, and activations.

Serve as a strategic advisor to define and drive corporate and business strategy, monitor market trends, lead special strategic projects, align stakeholders, set and track objectives and metrics, support partnership negotiations, and manage and develop the Corporate Strategy team.

Leads indirect procurement strategy, analytics, and program management.
