Ford Business Solutions is looking for a
Senior Marketing Incentive Coordinator
to join our Marketing and Sales Team in our Budapest office.
What will be your roles and responsibilities?
Subject matter expert (SME) in large scope projects representing CMT Operations in one of the following fields: Product, Training, Learning and Development, Dealer query optimization (FR), MPS2 input quality, Evidence check
Develop, document, test, coordinate the implementation of process changes
Recommend project team within Operations, coordinate and follow up personal tasks of members involved
Deliver trainings to CMT Operations team related to projects
Participation in Vincent programming as requested
Manage marketing/incentive programme setup in a dedicated system (MPS2) including programme writing, testing and checking against original intent of business paper
Effectively communicate with Marketing/Sales/Finance/Campaigns Management Teams to be aware of all key issues
Control dealer payments, check vehicle’s eligibility for Incentive/Variable Marketing Programmes
Manage payment release administration and queries
Process modifications of retail data in the relevant Ford system
Review and verify dealer-submitted documentation to confirm eligibility for program participation
Assist Campaigns Management/Marketing/Sales/Finance with reports to effectively manage the marketing programmes – prepare sales and payment reports
Investigate and resolve dealer tickets with a high degree of accuracy
Actively participate in developing new processes/templates
Ensure compliance with corporate requirements (lnternal Control)

- are willing to travel occasionally within Europe.
