Provide administrative support to leaders including calendar and correspondence management, travel planning, meeting and event coordination, mail and visitor handling, office supply management, vehicle and award program coordination, DE&I and charity support, and ad hoc projects in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Occasional travel required.

Lead platform integration and orchestration strategy, owning GraphQL, service APIs, and an event registry. Drive API governance, event-driven standards, production readiness reviews, observability, SRE practices, and cross-team adoption to ensure reliable, scalable integrations across Ford Credit.

Design and deliver production-grade data science solutions (NLP, Generative AI, CV, forecasting/prognostics) for manufacturing. Partner with stakeholders and engineers, perform data exploration, deploy and verify models, train and support end users, and mentor junior data scientists while shaping DS methodology and roadmap.

Perform linear and nonlinear FEA and structural optimization for unibody and body-on-frame structures. Build and validate finite element models, run topology/size/shape optimizations, correlate simulations with test data, support root-cause investigations, and collaborate with design, test, and program teams to deliver lightweight, durable, and safety-compliant structural solutions.
