Manage major production incidents and problem investigations for Farmers’ IT infrastructure. Monitor system health, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders during disruptions, and drive service restoration. Identify root causes, improve ITSM processes, optimize operations, reduce downtime and MTTR, and support uptime and performance goals. Extended-hours support may occasionally be required.

Defines and manages application testing strategy and technical testing activities. Develops test plans, cases, data, quality criteria, and measurement techniques; executes integration, system, regression, performance, stress, and volume testing. Analyzes requirements and results, manages defects, supports root-cause analysis and configuration management, validates acceptance criteria, recommends project stop/go decisions, coordinates testing workflows, resolves issues, and trains testing specialists on tools and methodologies.
