About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Owner to lead product development initiatives within an Agile environment, managing backlog priorities, driving delivery execution, and ensuring solutions align with business goals and customer needs.
This role acts as the bridge between stakeholders, business teams, and engineering, helping shape product strategy, improve digital customer journeys, and deliver measurable business value.
What You’ll Do- Own and manage a well-groomed, outcome-driven product backlog aligned to business strategy.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria tied to measurable outcomes.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to balance speed, quality, and sustainability.
- Prioritize features and manage dependencies to optimize delivery and business value.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment activities.
- Monitor product progress, mitigate risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use quantitative data and analytics to drive product decisions, prioritization, and tradeoffs.
- Improve digital customer experiences and conversion flows, including quote-to-bind and self-service journeys.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, Product Managers, and development teams.
- Support demos, testing, iteration planning, and release execution.
- Mentor junior Product Owners and contribute to Agile best practices.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Product Owner in Agile / SAFe / Scrum environments.
- Experience improving digital customer journeys and online conversion flows.
- Background working with product analytics, experimentation, and backlog management.
- Familiarity with regulated environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent English required.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to use data to drive decisions and prioritization.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience balancing business needs, customer experience, and technical constraints.
- Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
- Experimentation & A/B Testing tools.
- Design & collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, and Lucid.
