Advise engineering leadership, influence cross-functional architecture decisions, and secure AI/ML workloads and MLOps pipelines.

Owns Cisco’s technical customer and partner relationships, translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions. Leads technical sales engagements, solution design, presentations, demonstrations, competitive positioning, and deal progression. Collaborates with account teams, sales resources, partners, and customer IT decision-makers to drive customer success, revenue growth, market share, and portfolio expansion. Supports customer planning, demand generation, enablement, and educational materials.

Owns a portfolio of financial-industry accounts and manages moderate-to-high complexity sales cycles from prospecting through close. Builds executive relationships, uncovers customer needs, develops account plans, coordinates solution engineers and specialist teams, negotiates deals, drives upsell and cross-sell growth, maintains accurate CRM data, forecasts revenue, and improves internal sales processes. Requires strong knowledge of Cisco’s secure networking portfolio, including switching, wireless, routing, and firewall solutions.

Design and implement compliance-aware software architecture for Duo, translating FedRAMP/FIPS/CRA/PQC requirements into engineering roadmaps, building AI-enabled tools, triaging CIAM issues, providing auditor evidence, and coordinating remediation across Product, Security, SRE, and Engineering teams.
