Lead development and deployment of automated test equipment (ATE) and test platforms for AI server power products. Define test architecture, hardware/software specs, validation plans, drive test automation and MES integration, support NPI and production ramp, manage equipment lifecycle, optimize cost and OEE, and coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and vendors.

Plan, schedule, and release production orders based on material and capacity availability. Monitor and replan production, maintain MPS/forecasts, BOM/CFT accuracy, stock levels and KPIs. Coordinate with purchasing, master scheduler, order management and cross-functional teams to meet committed ship dates and support new product or customer startups.
