To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Development Manager  located in Shenzhen.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Lead the development and deployment of test equipment and platforms (ATE) for AI server power supply products, such as PSU, BBU, CBU, Shelf etc
  • 负责AI服务器电源产品 (比如模块电源,电池管理模块,超级电容管理模块等)测试设备及平台(ATE)的开发与导入。
  • Define test architecture, hardware/software specifications, and validation plans to ensure high reliability and scalability of test systems.
  • 制定测试系统架构、软硬件技术规格及验证方案,确保测试设备的高可靠性和可扩展性。
  • Drive test automation and digitalization, including scripting, data acquisition, MES integration, and real-time analytics.
  • 推动测试自动化和数字化建设,包括测试脚本开发、数据采集、MES集成及实时数据分析。
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and vendors to support NPI , line setup and high-volume production ramp-up.
  • 与研发、制造及供应商紧密合作,支持新产品导入、产线搭建及量产爬坡。
  • Manage test equipment lifecycle, including cost optimization, uptime improvement (OEE), maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor or above degree, major in Electronic, Computer Science or relevant.
  • 本科或以上学历,电子、计算机或相关专业;
  • 8+ years of experience in test development with focus on test equipment/ATE. for power supply related products is better.
  • 8年以上测试开发经验,具备测试设备/ATE开发经验经验。电源产品经验者优先。
  • 3+ years people management experience and rich leadership experience in strategy, organization management, performance management.
  • 3年以上人事管理经验,在战略、组织管理、绩效管理方面有丰富的领导经验.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, capable of daily professional communication and regular alignment with overseas colleagues.

  • Excellent logical reasoning and rapid learning skills, pragmatic working attitude and willingness to iterate testing processes continuously.
