Administer and maintain system, mechanical, hardware, and software requirements for precision automotive actuators. Manage requirement-management tools and databases, link customer and stakeholder requirements to product/component specifications, support Product/Electronic/Software Engineers and Validation Engineers, and ensure processes are followed to support Sales, Quality, and Operations.

Lead coolant distribution unit (CDU) product maturity from design to production. Lead mechanical design, analysis, prototyping, validation, and supplier engagement for liquid-cooling components (cold plates, manifolds, housings). Create CAD models and GD&T, perform structural and fluid/thermal analysis, develop test plans, support EVT/DVT/PVT, drive manufacturability and supplier qualification, and resolve field issues to enable scalable production.
