Create daily production schedules and coordinate materials, program teams, and production personnel to ensure on-time deliveries and zero downtime. Lead and execute integrated marketing and communications for EP² within Flex Power, driving internal integration communications, external brand positioning, content, digital/website management, events/trade shows, social media, campaigns, and market/competitive analysis while partnering cross-functionally to align messaging and measure performance.

Develop and deliver diagnostic training and materials for failure analysis, certify/recertify technician competencies, validate training effectiveness via audits, create reports and metrics, register and monitor training data, and support training requirements across Flex Guadalajara. Work uses measurement equipment, switched-mode power supplies, communication protocols, and OS/TestStand tools.

Prepare and file tax reports for government departments, manage tax-related accounting entries, attend statistics bureau meetings and submit required reports, complete tax registrations and archive filings, and perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors. Support global trade compliance activities and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Leads industrial engineering efforts for electronics manufacturing, including process simulation, NPI planning, takt and cycle-time analysis, workforce and facility optimization, workflow improvements, cost reduction, production-control systems, and plant logistics. Supports prototyping and trial runs, collaborates with engineering, management, NPI, and sales teams, and leads Lean, automation, and Six Sigma initiatives to increase throughput and reduce waste.

Designs, develops, and supports test programs, hardware, and software for electronic products. Analyzes test data, resolves yield and failure issues, creates test documentation, performs equipment verification and integration, trains technicians, and coordinates third‑party test development across ICT, functional, ESS, and system/software test areas.
