Monitor engineering quality metrics, report findings, and lead root-cause analysis for process deviations and product escapes.

Owns manufacturing process engineering activities focused on cost, quality, delivery, throughput, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include process design and control, root-cause analysis, equipment implementation, engineering change orders, process documentation, material evaluation, statistical process studies, troubleshooting, maintenance support, and training production personnel. Requires collaboration with production and engineering teams during new process implementation and technology transfer.

Develop and coordinate electronic, software, functional, in-circuit, and environmental test programs and equipment. Analyze test data, diagnose failures, resolve yield and root-cause issues, coordinate corrective actions, verify production equipment, maintain documentation, and train technicians and operators. The role also supports test hardware, software, fixtures, instrument drivers, test plans, procedures, and third-party test development.

Lead the advanced thermal management strategy for next-generation AI data center infrastructure. Develop cooling roadmaps, architectures, specifications, simulations, prototypes, and validated hardware across rack-, row-, hall-, and facility-level systems. Drive direct-to-chip liquid cooling, CDUs, facility cooling, containment, controls, manufacturability, reliability, cost optimization, and commercialization. Partner with systems architecture, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, customers, and ecosystem partners while providing hands-on technical leadership.

Manages process engineers and technicians supporting manufacturing operations. Establishes statistical process control, improves process capability, maintains documentation, and leads development projects meeting product, delivery, and cost targets. Collaborates on manufacturable product designs, improves throughput in constrained areas, develops lower-cost materials and processes, and drives performance improvements. Also leads workforce recruitment and retention initiatives.

Leads Process, Industrial, and Product Engineering teams in developing strategies, improving operational excellence, and supporting scalable service operations. Drives Lean Manufacturing, automation, digital transformation, capacity planning, facility layouts, KPI systems, customer implementations, and multi-site transformations. Partners cross-functionally across operations, quality, supply chain, IT, facilities, and customers while managing fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, repair, refurbishment, and reverse logistics engineering support.
