Leads multidisciplinary mechatronic product development and cost-reduction projects from concept through industrialization. Owns scope, cost, quality, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, stakeholder communication, customer commitments, and stage-gate governance. Coordinates hardware, software, mechanical, systems, test, and manufacturing engineering teams, resolves issues, reports project status, and supports product transfer into manufacturing.

Manages approximately 60 employees supporting SMT manufacturing operations. Leads process capability improvement, SPC implementation, equipment programming and optimization, process documentation, NPI transfers, throughput and KPI improvements, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborates cross-functionally to meet production, quality, delivery, cost, and customer requirements while developing and retaining a high-performing workforce.

Researches business problems and proposes automated solutions to improve operations. Designs and tests systems, UI mockups, prototypes, user flows, dashboards, infographics, and visual documentation. Troubleshoots system issues, supports user adoption, communicates with stakeholders, and contributes to global IT projects. Requires analytical, presentation, communication, user-empathy, English, and database skills, with development and networking knowledge preferred.

Maintains and improves quality engineering programs, standards, inspections, testing, and reliability processes for electronic and mechanical products. Develops sampling procedures, quality documentation, corrective actions, audits, training materials, and methods for evaluating product and equipment precision. Analyzes quality data, manages discrepant material disposition, approves product and process qualifications, supports customer quality issues, and liaises with regulatory bodies.

Prepares and reviews financial statements, journal entries, forecasts, variance commentary, financial reports, reconciliations, and audit materials. Advises on accounting policies and U.S. GAAP, coordinates with tax, treasury, and regional finance teams, investigates costs, and recommends cost-saving, profitability, and financial performance improvements.

Manages total rewards strategy across compensation and benefits programs in Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include salary benchmarking, market surveys, compensation framework development, rewards communications, workforce attraction and retention initiatives, data privacy, stakeholder consulting, and functional leadership across multiple sites or business segments.

Supports hybrid cloud IT operations by monitoring infrastructure, managing incidents, patches, backups, continuity planning, system performance, and change management. Administers enterprise applications and hardware, troubleshoots user and vendor issues, develops operating procedures, coordinates implementations, automates manual processes, and maintains system security, availability, scalability, and compliance.

Supports manufacturing process engineering through process design, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, equipment implementation, process controls, statistical analysis, documentation, training, yield and productivity improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives. Collaborates with production and engineering stakeholders to introduce and transfer new processes while maintaining safety, quality, delivery, and throughput.

Manages product transfers, new product setup, engineering changes, and manufacturing support. Reviews customer documentation, BOMs, drawings, and CAD models; performs DFM, tolerance analysis, DOE, and failure analysis; resolves production and design issues; improves quality and yield; supports supply chain localization; ensures safety and regulatory compliance; and trains manufacturing engineers.

The Process Engineer improves manufacturing processes for cost, quality, delivery, productivity, and throughput. Responsibilities include defining manufacturable designs, identifying root causes, troubleshooting production issues, establishing process controls and parameters, implementing equipment and engineering changes, supporting technology transfers, maintaining documentation, training production staff, and leading continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
