Own and prioritise sections of the LMS product backlog for institutional and corporate customers. Conduct user research and data analysis, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with engineering/design/QA to deliver features, track KPIs, improve platform architecture and user journeys, and communicate with stakeholders while practicing agile development.

Evaluate teacher candidate responses against rubrics during scheduled one-day scoring sessions. Complete training, participate in consensus discussions, meet quality and productivity standards, maintain confidentiality, and use web conferencing tools to collaborate with other scorers.

Lead and grow Pearson's international government TVET contracts: own commercial performance, delivery quality, client relationships and P&L. Build and win complex government tenders, manage cross-functional delivery teams, negotiate contracts, drive forecasting and pipeline development, and develop capability across the organisation to ensure coherent, scalable One Pearson delivery.
