Leads Honeywell’s Americas Value Engineering and Component Engineering process engineering team. Responsibilities include delivering margin and productivity targets, benchmarking and optimizing end-to-end processes, driving automation and digitization, leading strategic initiatives with factories, managing engineers, coaching leaders, developing succession plans, and establishing training programs. Leads complex global Legal Transformation programs from strategy through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. Establishes governance, project plans, decision rights, risk management, executive reporting, stakeholder communications, and change-management strategies. Coordinates cross-functional workstreams involving Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Communications. Develops legal operating models, financial discipline, performance metrics, playbooks, and scalable project-management standards while advising senior leadership and driving measurable operational improvements.

Leads the design, implementation, optimization, and operational delivery of enterprise talent processes. Serves as a subject matter expert for talent systems, partners with HRIT and stakeholders on digital solutions, applies AI and process improvement methods, manages projects and change initiatives, analyzes talent data, and develops training and communications to drive adoption.

Drive enterprise SaaS sales and revenue growth across strategic accounts and assigned territories. Lead complex B2B sales cycles, build executive relationships, develop business cases, manage forecasts, and represent Honeywell at industry events. The role focuses on incident management, crisis response, situational awareness, operational resilience, and command-and-control solutions for public sector, critical infrastructure, and emergency management customers. Candidates should combine software sales expertise with firsthand emergency response, military, public safety, or incident command experience.

Manage regional PAVA sales strategy, pipeline development, strategic accounts, channel and customer relationships, partner appointments, forecasting, competitive monitoring, and growth initiatives. Develop annual sales plans, train clients and partners, coordinate technical resources, secure product specifications with consulting engineers, manage quotes in NEX, and collaborate with customer service to support order fulfillment and revenue targets.
