Support setup and maintenance of customer accounts, contracts, projects, billing records, and entitlements. Support, administer, automate, and operate Epicor's global cloud and enterprise networking across Azure, AWS, and on-prem. Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, DNS, and LAN/WAN, develop IaC automation (Terraform/Ansible), provide Tier 2 support and on-call incident response, monitor performance, maintain documentation, and collaborate on deployments and network improvements.

Lead a forward-deployed engineering team to build customer-specific, production-ready software. Partner with customers to identify automation opportunities, design and deploy cloud-native solutions, stay hands-on in architecture and development, mentor engineers, and collaborate across product, platform, and customer success to turn recurring needs into reusable capabilities.

Lead a small full-stack development team to architect, implement, and deliver scalable, secure features. Provide technical direction, code reviews, mentorship, planning, and cross-team coordination from design through post-release support.

Provide Tier 2 support for cloud-hosted production applications on Microsoft Azure: triage and resolve incidents across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers; troubleshoot Kubernetes, containers, deployments, CI/CD, and MS SQL issues; manage incidents in ServiceNow; create operational documentation and support occasional scheduled weekend activities.

Own high-severity billing and quote-to-cash escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, Revenue Ops, Sales) to reconcile accounts, audit CPQ/ERP/CRM/billing systems, verify contracts/pricing, maintain audit-ready documentation, and deliver executive-level visibility until issues are remediated and process improvements are implemented.
