- Lead technical design discussions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural and solution planning decisions.

- 5+ years' experience in software development, with demonstrated success delivering modern web applications and enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong experience with React (or a similar modern UI framework), Python, Django or comparable frameworks/ORMs, SQL, APIs, and full-stack web development.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, testing methodologies, debugging techniques, application security, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting integrations, RESTful APIs, and data-driven applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Proven ability to mentor team members, influence technical direction, and drive improvements to coding standards, tools, and development processes.
- Experience rapidly learning new technologies, platforms, and business domains while delivering impactful solutions.
