Provide EDI operations and technical application support: set up and monitor transactions, troubleshoot mappings and integrations, onboard trading partners, manage common EDI documents and protocols, document findings, and collaborate with internal teams to improve support and knowledge base materials.

Manage a portfolio of past-due accounts, contact customers to secure payments or purchase orders, resolve disputes with sales/service, perform AR reporting, electronic invoicing, and account reconciliation to clean up balances.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments: source and screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, educate hiring managers, update Epicor ATS, prepare job ads, create hiring reports, coordinate with HR COEs, and present quarterly to the recruitment team.

Provide L1/L2 cloud support for Epicor cloud-hosted solutions: investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLAs; communicate with customers; implement and test fixes; maintain documentation and audit trails; collaborate with teams; support hosting, backups, DB administration, user provisioning, capacity, availability, and disaster recovery.

Lead integration accounting for M&A transactions including general ledger close, balance sheet reconciliations, purchase accounting, opening balance sheets, journal entries, and post-close financial reporting. Support due diligence, PPA analysis, and align acquired entities to global accounting standards while using AI-assisted tools to accelerate reconciliations and reporting.
