Manage and optimize enterprise SQL Server environments, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, security, high availability, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Automate database administration using PowerShell and T-SQL, support deployments and production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain governance documentation. Identify process improvements through technology and automation while managing multiple deadlines and collaborating with internal teams and external providers.

Provide application support for BisTrack and Microsoft Dynamics GP: investigate and document support cases, perform root cause analysis, liaise with development and QA, explain accounting processes to customers, manage and communicate case updates, and travel to US user conferences.

Lead and grow a global Forward Deployed Engineering team to build a next-generation AI agent platform; drive AI adoption across the software lifecycle; manage delivery, hiring, and performance; partner with product and engineering to design cloud-native Azure solutions using Python and C#; collaborate with customers to validate use cases and convert feedback into reusable platform features.

Implements technical specifications and writes, reviews, and debugs code following coding standards. Works with Product QA to resolve test issues, contributes to internal training materials, and completes assigned tasks on schedule. Requires basic computer science knowledge and teamwork/problem-solving skills.

Provide phone/email/chat ERP application support: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and document issues across Purchasing, Inventory, WMS, Sales orders, invoicing and integrations. Work with Microsoft SQL, web servers, payment terminals, assist with system setup/configuration, mentor teammates, update knowledge base, and liaise with other departments to resolve escalations.
