Duties & Responsibilities
- Triage issues across different areas of the organization and manage ServiceNow Tasks.
- Manage production infrastructure and provide SME support to teams outside IT.
- Support automation of web application deployments.
- Follow defined escalation paths and SLAs for effective issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and maintain software applications and investigate complex technical issues.
- Work collaboratively to achieve departmental goals while managing multiple priorities.
- Supports occasional scheduled weekend activities, including deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and customer go-lives.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong technical aptitude in modern IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL/database administration concepts.
- Experience creating or maintaining PowerShell scripts and other automation tools is preferred
- Exposure to Kubernetes, containerized environments, and automation technologies is a plus.
- Experience with GitHub Actions is an added advantage.
- AWS exposure is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies and customer environments.
- Strong organizational, customer-service, and issue-resolution skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in a collaborative team environment.

- 3+ years of experience in cloud operations, production support, SRE, DevOps support, or related field
- Hands-on experience administering or supporting Microsoft Azure production environments
- Hands-on experience supporting containers and Kubernetes in a production or enterprise environment
- Experience using Microsoft SQL Server and writing SQL queries for troubleshooting
- Experience managing escalated incidents including P1 or system-down production issues
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, PowerShell, or Terraform
- Experience with ServiceNow or a comparable IT service-management platform
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to support occasional scheduled weekend activities (deployments, upgrades, go-lives)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across application, cloud, database, network, and deployment layers
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination
- Relevant certifications (Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer, CKA) are preferred
