Manage and optimize enterprise SQL Server environments, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, security, high availability, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Automate database administration using PowerShell and T-SQL, support deployments and production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain governance documentation. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable database solutions. Participate in on-call rotations.

Leads customer-facing consulting and professional services engagements from planning through completion. Coordinates delivery, project risk, profitability, scope, pricing, and customer outcomes across multiple engagements. Partners with sales, support, consultants, executives, and internal teams; leads project kickoffs, steering committees, escalations, and customer presentations. Supports proposals, work plans, delivery strategy, and large-scale deployments. Requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and project leadership skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Processes vendor invoices and payment requests, matches invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents, resolves discrepancies, maintains vendor records, and responds to payment inquiries. Supports month-end and year-end close activities, reconciliations, accruals, reporting, audits, and internal controls while ensuring compliance with accounting and purchasing policies.

Answer customer calls and email inquiries, conduct follow-up callbacks, route customers to appropriate departments, monitor and escalate unresolved concerns, maintain customer databases, and participate in training and team meetings.

Owns revenue and sales performance for an assigned territory in India. Builds relationships with business, technical, IT, and senior management stakeholders while selling enterprise business applications. Requires regular travel to prospect and customer locations and residence in Mumbai or Pune.
