Drive end-to-end product development, establish experimentation standards, improve model and process efficiency, influence executive roadmaps, and ensure scalable, observable technical solutions. Partner cross-functionally across Uber to improve marketplace resilience and efficiency for eaters, merchants, and couriers.

Leads Uber’s global Platform Integrity organization across safety, identity, risk, payments, compliance, and customer actioning. Sets multi-year strategy, operating models, performance frameworks, governance, and quality standards for complex customer issues. Partners with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Policy, and regional operations to improve prevention, investigation, resolution, automation, AI, and customer outcomes. Builds senior leadership teams, manages regulatory and platform risk, and represents integrity performance and priorities to executives.

Lead Uber Eats’ ANZ scaled sales strategy and BPO operations for SMB accounts. Own commercial growth, quotas, channel planning, vendor performance, forecasting, KPI reporting, budgets, and sales productivity. Build scalable governance, operating models, and playbooks while expanding markets and integrating AI, automation, and technology into sales processes. Partner with regional, global, restaurant operations, and sales operations stakeholders to improve performance and commercial returns.

Serve as a strategic operational partner to the Chief Technology Officer by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, action items, events, budgets, expenses, confidential information, and facility planning. The role requires supporting high-level executives in a fast-paced global environment, coordinating stakeholders, leading executive assistant teams, and proactively resolving logistical challenges.

Drive net-new enterprise business for Uber Eats by prospecting, developing pipelines, closing strategic partnerships, managing negotiations, and achieving sales quotas. Build executive relationships, position value propositions, forecast pipeline, and collaborate with legal, finance, product, operations, and customer success teams to launch solutions and support adoption.

Leads global advertising sales enablement strategy and execution, building scalable seller capability programs, supporting product and technology adoption, measuring commercial impact, and managing a global enablement team.
