Leads company-wide technical strategy and architecture for foundational construction platform services. Owns multi-year technical vision, architectural standards, distributed systems, platform, data, and AI-native engineering direction. Remains hands-on with prototypes, critical code, and design documents while mentoring senior engineers and aligning executives across divisions. Ships scalable web, backend, and agentic systems, drives organizational adoption of AI workflows, and serves as the final technical authority for major design decisions.

Lead customer-facing data migration engagements from discovery and technical scoping through extraction, transformation, import, testing, validation, and handoff. Assess source data quality, define mappings and transformation rules, establish requirements and responsibilities, and manage Statements of Work, estimates, risks, and pricing. Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Professional Services Consultants, and technical teams to resolve blockers. Serve as a data migration subject-matter expert and improve reusable delivery standards and workflows.

Leads and grows a data engineering team responsible for Kafka/MSK streaming infrastructure and Databricks lakehouse systems. Defines platform strategy, ensures reliability, scalability, performance, security, compliance, and cost efficiency, and manages production availability and on-call practices. Partners with engineering, analytics, product, security, and compliance stakeholders to prioritize investments, translate business needs into technical roadmaps, and develop engineering talent.

Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Procore’s Safety product portfolio. Identifies AI and machine learning applications, evaluates new market opportunities, conducts customer and competitive research, and builds business cases. Partners with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to launch high-impact features. Mentors product teams, communicates strategy to executives and stakeholders, and uses product metrics and customer feedback to improve adoption and business outcomes.

Lead and govern large, complex Enterprise SOWs for multi-stream SaaS/ERP implementations. Own planning, risk mitigation, resource allocation, budget tracking, and executive stakeholder communication. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage financial risk and scope creep, and drive change management and adoption for strategic digital transformation projects.

Lead the internal AI enablement platform for embedding autonomous agents across Procore. Define technical roadmaps, APIs/SDKs, architectural guardrails, developer tooling, and evaluation frameworks. Drive cross-functional alignment, prioritize backend enablement work, and measure developer velocity and agent performance to accelerate safe, scalable AI deployment across products.

Lead a global Center of Excellence for GTM intelligence, standardize global forecasting and pipeline management, deliver executive-level insights, investigate root causes of revenue variance, enable field Revenue Operations partners, partner on GTM tech stack (CRM/BI), and hire and scale a high-performing revenue operations team to drive GTM performance.

Build, operate, and evangelize a next-generation cloud-native compute platform. Improve developer experience, ensure reliability/observability/compliance, run proofs-of-concept, mentor engineers, and drive platform adoption.
