Lead development and implementation of Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) processes and templates, drive cross-functional readiness assessments, partner on MRL gap-closure and risk mitigation, produce executive-level summaries, and champion alignment and best practices across production, process engineering, quality, and advanced manufacturing teams.

The position involves planning, executing, and managing engineering projects, ensuring milestones are met, budgets are adhered to, and teams are coordinated effectively.

The Recruiter will develop hiring plans, create job ads, screen applications, conduct interviews, and maintain candidate databases while collaborating with hiring managers and tracking hiring metrics.

Develop numerical models and experiments to simulate and improve manufacturing processes, support production transitions for new blade programs, implement AI/ML solutions, expand IP, and mentor site engineers while providing production design and troubleshooting support.
