Provide Tier 3 support, ensure compliance (NIST, CMMC), collaborate on cloud migrations, networking, and Linux projects, and represent systems during audits.

Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to document and improve business processes, translate requirements into system specifications, lead UAT, develop implementation and training materials, and support continuous improvement and safety reporting.

Serve as primary customer contact for engine MRO programs, manage long-term accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee contract execution and program performance (cost, quality, schedule), resolve escalations, perform financial analysis, and support continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead capital equipment projects for CRS from need identification through procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover. Manage schedules, budgets, vendors, risk profiles, BOM accuracy, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination to standardize equipment, drive technology insertion, and maximize asset availability.

Lead supply chain, sourcing, and forecasting for a San Antonio MRO. Drive team development, standardize processes, implement advanced forecasting, manage OEM/supplier relationships, set KPIs, negotiate contracts, and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and risk.
