Business Operations Interns support aviation repair and overhaul operations through data, pricing, sourcing, cost, and market analysis. Responsibilities include reviewing customer contracts, analyzing business data, developing reports and dashboards in Excel, SQL, and Power BI, documenting product configuration compliance, collaborating across functional teams, and supporting process improvement and business decisions.

Procures aircraft parts and materials, manages purchase orders, expedites deliveries, maintains ERP records, resolves supplier issues, and ensures aviation regulatory compliance. Supports receiving, inventory accuracy, parts picking, counter requests, and urgent workshop requirements for engine overhaul and repair events. Requires aviation MRO and corporate aviation sales experience, extensive travel, strong customer and negotiation skills, and technical familiarity with specified turbofan engines and APUs.

Leads aircraft certification for design modifications and repairs, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations. Develops certification plans and supporting documents, maintains modification data lists for STC projects, manages compliance, coordinates design reviews, communicates with ODA members, vendors, and customers, and mentors others on certification procedures. The role manages multiple projects and deadlines, requires occasional travel and off-hours work, and supports overall STC project delivery.

Lead ODA certification activities, ensuring FAA compliance with ODA procedures and regulatory requirements. Manage certification projects as the customer point of contact, develop certification plans and supporting documentation, maintain compliance data for STC projects, coordinate technical reviews, mentor team members, and manage multiple deadlines. The role requires extensive FAA airworthiness and management experience, knowledge of applicable 14 CFR regulations, strong communication and planning skills, up to 25% travel, and availability for occasional off-hours work.

Provides propulsion systems engineering, configuration management, airworthiness oversight, and technical support for the RCAF CP140 Aurora fleet. Performs engine, propeller, and accessory analysis; investigates failures; interprets maintenance data; reviews technical information; develops repairs, modifications, and maintenance changes; analyzes fleet trends; and produces technical reports and advice. Supports flight-line operations and second-line maintenance shops in Winnipeg and at RCAF operating bases.

Lead facilities, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects across global locations from technical scoping through commissioning. Responsibilities include engineering design review, cost-benefit analysis, contractor and consultant coordination, code and regulatory compliance, equipment and facility troubleshooting, maintenance strategy development, and continuous improvement focused on reliability, energy efficiency, safety, and cost reduction. Provide remote technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams and travel domestically and internationally approximately 30% of the time.
