Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Managing your aircraft orderbook (purchase orders) as necessary, ensuring we’ve ordered the right parts, for the right time, in the correct quantities and necessary communications with our Tier 1 supplier regarding release.
• Manage escalated parts as priority to support operations as required.
• Facilitating the flow of materials between various internal and external departments to satisfy emergent and AOG needs.
• Managing and working with suppliers to ensure timely solutions or delivery of parts to achieve the aircraft production plan and/or target stock level requirements.
• Drive stakeholders to resolve parts quality issues/concerns.
• Effectively identify solutions for requirements within the adaptable Military Part 145 environment to achieve schedule targets and customer driven turn time challenges from the Ministry of Defence (MoD).
• Utilize ERP systems in order to manage parts allocation, master data, stock levels and tracking progress with our suppliers.
• Ensure daily routines are completed to achieve system data completeness.
